Terms in this definition
- Capability
Something that a person, organisation or system is able to do.
- ALL
A DAX function that ignores any filters and gives back every row of a table or every value of the named columns. Used within CALCULATE, it works as a modifier that clears filters, although REMOVEFILTERS states that intent more clearly where it is available.
- Azure Container Registry SKUs
Azure Container Registry comes in Basic, Standard and Premium. Every tier includes ACR Tasks and the admin user; private endpoints, content trust, connected registries and dedicated data endpoints are Premium-only.
- az acr build
Azure CLI command for an ACR quick task, which sends the build context to Azure, builds the image there and pushes the result into a registry that already exists.
Related terms
- Azure Container Registry
Private Azure registry for container images. Images can be geo-replicated, cleaned up by retention policies and built by ACR Tasks, while webhooks let a push kick off continuous deployment.
- Dedicated agent pool
A preview feature of Premium Azure Container Registry that runs ACR Tasks on a pool of Azure-managed VMs, rather than shared default compute. You can scale the pool, even to zero, and put it inside a virtual network.
- Multi-step task
An ACR Tasks run described in YAML, in which multiple containers are built, pushed and run, either one after another or concurrently.
