- Agents (classic) API
First-generation Foundry Agent Service API, based on threads, messages and runs. It is deprecated, replaced by conversations and responses, and retires on 31 March 2027.
- PREVIOUS
Fetches the value of the preceding element along an axis of the visual matrix. This DAX function works only in visual calculations and is equivalent to OFFSET with -1.

An add-on licence assigned per user that lets audit records be kept for a decade. The user also needs Audit (Premium) and a retention policy covering those records, and older records are not extended retroactively.
- AADRiskyUsers
A Log Analytics table listing the users that Microsoft Entra ID Protection flags as risky, with each user's risk level and state. It is populated once you export the RiskyUsers category through diagnostic settings.
- Access mode
Set on each compute resource, this controls which people can attach and what data they reach. Dedicated (once called single user) belongs to a single user or group, standard (once called shared) keeps many users apart from each other, and Auto leaves the choice to the runtime.
- Access this computer from the network
Accounts holding this user right can connect across the network, to SMB shares for instance.
- Access token
A credential an application hands to an API or other resource to prove what it has been authorised to do for a signed-in user. It deals with permissions, unlike the ID token, which records the sign-in itself.
- Account driven user enrollment
A way to bring a personally owned iPhone or iPad (iOS/iPadOS 15 or later) under management by signing in with a work account in Settings. Corporate data is kept on its own managed APFS volume, the device is never supervised, and the method takes over from the deprecated Company Portal–based user enrolment.
- Account Operators
A built-in group allowed to create and manage most user, group and computer accounts, except those of administrators. Microsoft advises leaving it without members.
