- Azure CLI
Command-line tool for managing Azure that runs on any platform; examples include
az login,az storage queueandaz policy state trigger-scan. - az acr login
Azure CLI command that uses the signed-in Microsoft Entra identity to log Docker in to a registry, so that pushes and pulls work.
- Tag
Key-value label on compute (for cost tracking) or on a Unity Catalog securable or column, applied with
SET TAGorSET TAGSand requiringAPPLY TAG. Governed tags restrict allowed keys, values and assigners across the account. - Login server
Fully qualified name of a container registry, such as myregistry.azurecr.io. Before running
