- Authorization Events
The record kept for four-eyes authorisation, logging approved and rejected requests, changes to settings, users and roles, and requests from the Security Officer. You find it in the console's History view.
- recovery token
Grants a single, temporary way into a backup: with Veeam Plug-ins and agents, a person who is not the owner can still recover it on the database server after a token is issued under Home > Backups. On Veeam Software Appliance it serves a different purpose, letting a Security Officer regain their account, and is saved at first sign-in.
- veeamso
The built-in Security Officer account on Veeam appliances, whose approval is required before a Host Administrator can carry out sensitive actions. It should be protected with a strong password and multi-factor authentication.
