Terms in this definition
- Enterprise
Any group of organisations with shared goals. Examples range from an entire company or one of its divisions to a government department, or several organisations working as partners or along a supply chain.
- Capacity
A reserved block of compute for a tenant whose size is fixed by its SKU; Fabric F SKUs express it in capacity units (CUs). Workspaces assigned to it unlock features like Copilot, and from F64 upwards people with free licences can view Power BI content.

The opening phase of the ADM readies the organisation: here the Architecture Capability is set up, the framework is adapted to fit and the Architecture Principles are agreed.
