Terms in this definition
- Microsoft 365
Formerly Office 365, Microsoft's software-as-a-service productivity suite. A Microsoft Entra tenant provides its identity, and its data is not governed by Azure RBAC.
- CALENDAR
Generates a date table as a calculated table: given a start and end date, this DAX function returns a single column, called Date, listing every day in between, including both ends.
Related terms
- EnableMIPLabels
Set this Entra group setting to True with Microsoft Graph PowerShell to allow sensitivity labels on Teams, SharePoint sites and Microsoft 365 groups; afterwards run Execute-AzureAdLabelSync to bring the labels across.
- Group expiration policy
Gives Microsoft 365 groups a lifetime across the whole tenant: any group not renewed by the end of it is removed, while groups in use renew themselves. Removed groups stay recoverable for 30 days. Security groups are outside its scope.
- Group naming policy
A policy for Microsoft 365 groups combining blocked words with prefixes and suffixes; a prefix can be plain text or an attribute like [Company], [Office] or [Department].
- Groups Administrator
A Microsoft Entra admin role for looking after groups in every admin center. Holders can create, change, delete and restore security and Microsoft 365 groups, control who may create groups and how they are named and expire, and license groups.
- OPATH
A syntax for filtering Exchange recipients by their properties. Adaptive scopes rely on it in the advanced query builder when targeting users or Microsoft 365 groups, as in (IsInactiveMailbox -eq "True").
