Gives a T-SQL window function its window: PARTITION BY, ORDER BY and, if wanted, a ROWS or RANGE frame. Rankings and running totals can then be worked out while every row is kept.

An optional Windows 365 Enterprise add-on, configured in a Cloud PC user setting, that keeps Cloud PC copies in a backup region. If an administrator activates it, temporary Cloud PCs are created there, with a target RTO and RPO of under 4 hours.

Disaster recovery means getting a service running again from another region or site, with success judged by RPO and RTO; uptime SLAs and data retention are different concerns.
